Bernard Matthews Farms has long been associated with Christmas because of our great tasting premium Golden Norfolk Turkey – the tasty centrepiece of many Christmas dinners for over 30 years. However turkey can be enjoyed all year round – not just at Christmas.

All our turkeys are 100% British and are reared on our farms in East Anglia, which are Quality British Turkey and Farm Assured (Red Tractor) certified.

There are many ways to enjoy our delicious range - depending on the occasion and the number of people you’re cooking for, you can choose from:

Oven-ready ‘cook-from-frozen’ joints

• Perfect for those more spontaneous occasions and available with different options, from pork, sage and onion-stuffed, to butter-basted and bacon-topped. Plus, we’ve recently launched a free-range butter-basted joint. None of our joints contain artificial colours of flavours.

Traditional ‘defrost and cook’ crowns and whole birds

• Ideal for serving to friends and family throughout the year, or at Christmas. You can choose from a variety of options including bronze and free-range whole birds.

If you’re lucky enough to have any leftovers, we have plenty of recipe suggestions to help you use every last bit, from hearty soups to tasty kormas.
